Ducey set to win GOP primary for Arizona treasurer

Former Cold Stone Creamery CEO Doug Ducey is cruising to victory in the Republican primary for State Treasurer.
As of roughly 9:15 p.m. Tuesday night, Ducey had 42 percent of the vote in the GOP field. He leads former state lawmakers Barbara Leff and Thayer Verschoor easy to get unsecured personal loans.
Ducey touted his business experience in the race, and this run could be a precursor to running for governor or U.S. Senate.
